Please note our product are only available to the Australian market. We do not offer worldwide shipping.

Refund

We operate on an "All Sales Final" basis. We offer monetary refunds only when the item is out of stock for any orders once they have been placed. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at vaeovasesupply@gmail.com.

We respect and appreciate the works done by our artists. We do not accept returns or exchange requests based on "change of mind," aesthetic preference, or the standard shipping duration stated above. Please double-check your selection (size, colour, and style) before finalizing your purchase. 


Damaged or Lost items

While we take extreme care in packaging our fragile items, we understand that accidents can happen during transit. We are committed to ensuring you receive your product in perfect condition.

  • For Damaged/Wrong Items: If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us via email within 48 hours of delivery. 
  • Evidence Requirement: To process a claim, you must provide at least 4 clear photos as proof:

1. The shipping label.

2. The external packaging.

3. The specific damage to the item itself.

4. The overall look of the item itself.

  • For Lost Items: If a package is confirmed lost by the courier or fails to arrive within the reasonable extended window, please inform us with the evidence from courier.
  • Resolution: Reshipment Only. In the event of confirmed damage or loss, we do not issue cash refunds. Instead, we will provide a complimentary replacement. We will reship the same item to your same address at no additional cost. Reshipped item will be delivered based on our standard delivery timeline.
